You could always register directly with them all but this would take time and potentially cost you a lot of money as in order to get the best deals you usually have to pay some sort of membership fee. Instead of doing that all you need do is contact James Green & Co and we will discuss your requirements and advise on the options that may be available before passing you on to appropriate developers or discount clubs to view properties and complete the deals. Often the property we recommend may not even be available on the clubs own websites either because there is a limited availability or because it is moving so quickly they haven't had time to get in on. You might be surprised how quickly some properties move!

We are totally independent of any club, developer or estate agent and offer genuine independent advice on purchasing investment property in all parts of the UK and overseas where we specialise in Spanish Property, French Leaseback Property, and property in Prague, Bulgaria, Cyprus and elsewhere

Being based in the Isle of Man we advise many clients interested in investing in the UK and the EU in a tax efficient manner, and some of our clients have portfolios of property worth tens of millions of pounds.

We associate ourselves only with developers who share our commitment to quality and high levels of service, and we have rigorous due diligence procedures to ensure only the best deals are offered to our clients. The discounts are real - not inflated prices then discounted back to the normal price.

We will work with you, or your professional advisors, and we can introduce you to specialist suppliers of finance, accountancy or legal services. Everyone you deal with will provide advice tailor made to your circumstances and wherever appropriate they will all be regulated and licensed.

No Upfront Fees - and no extra cost to you!

Unlike "discount property clubs" - who despite what they advertise always find a way to make a charge for courses or access to property details - James Green & Co make no charge to advise you on suitable property or structures to meet your needs. All we need to do is speak with you. There is no course to attend, no club to join, and you remain in control throughout the whole process. So what do we get out of it? Quite simply you are charged a finders fee, usually about 2% of the purchase price. No purchase – no fee. That fee may be payable to us, or to the developer (who will give us a commission) depending on how the deal is structured. We may also get commission from other service providers we introduce you to. You will never end up paying more by using our service than by going direct - assuming, of course, that you have the same level of insider knowledge as we do and the same access to the best property deals.
